I9Scan is in early access. This page covers this website: the fine-exposure checker and the early-access form. It will be updated before the upload service opens.

What we collect

• What you type into the early-access form: your work email, number of locations, the format of your I-9 records, whether you use E-Verify, the plan you chose and any note you add.
• Your fine-check answers, if you submit the form: number of forms, estimated error share, industry, prior-violation answer and whether you have received a Notice of Inspection. The checker itself runs in your browser and sends nothing unless you submit the form.
• How you arrived: the campaign or referral tag in the page address (for example utm_source), if there is one.

We do not ask for, and this site never receives, Forms I-9, employee names, Social Security numbers or identity documents.

How we use it

• To send you one email with your upload link when your account is ready.
• To understand which businesses need the service and which plan they prefer.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

• GitHub Pages hosts this site and may log visitors' IP addresses for security.
• Formspree receives early-access form submissions on our behalf.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this page uses.
• Google Ads may record that a visit came from an ad, if you arrived through one.

How long we keep it

Early-access details are kept until the service launches and for 12 months after, then deleted, unless you become a customer.

Your choices

To have your details deleted, submit the early-access form again with the same email and write "delete my data" in the note. We will delete them and not contact you again.
